Epidemic Modelling (Python)

For this project, I wrote Python code to simulate the spread of pneumonic plague in order to better understand disease dynamics and antibiotic efficacy in both modern and medieval times. The models produced aim to highlight the impact of network topology in relation to disease progression.

Medical Imaging: CT Scans (Python)

Utilising two sets of DICOM images from two patients (with one known case of COVID-19), this project aims to explore image processing techniques and practice.

Genetic Sequencing (Bash and Python)

This report aims to conduct a DNA sequence analysis against short-paired Illumina reads produced for 4 Patients (i.e., Patients A, B, C and D) and ultimately determine the unknown organism associated with the patient’s disease.

Web Data Visualisation (Javascript, HTML, CSS)

​The visualisation created for this group project explores a large data set of movies available on various streaming platforms. The project aims to explore visualisation techniques, design decisions, and implementation based on the dataset found on Kaggle.
